I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are great with a great view of the city, and although there were a few small issues initially, they were quickly rectified. The hotel is modern and well-appointed, with a nice view and balcony. However, some minor improvements could enhance the overall experience.

The service was excellent. The staff had a unique ritual of walking in the room from 8 am to 8:40 am to check the minibar, which I found interesting. Additionally, the room service and shuttle services were helpful and efficient.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, quiet, and had a large balcony with a spectacular view of Medellin. The service was amazing, with staff willing to assist with anything. The location was great, close to major malls and restaurants. The dining experience was very nice, offering a variety of choices. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, complete with a separate sitting area with a wet bar and balcony, offering a wonderful 9th-floor view of the city lights. The staff was great, and the complimentary breakfast and dinner had a variety of options. However, there was an attempt to overcharge for snacks at the bar.
